EU develops high efficiency solar cells
Scientists of the project FULLSPECTRUM, financed by the European Commission, have succeeded in developing photovoltaic (PV) multi-junction (MJ) solar cells which are able to convert 39.7 % of the energy of sunlight into electricity.
